Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

We ship within the United States (USA) and to international destinations.
United States (USA)

Most orders are delivered within 2–4 business days.
International Shipping

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or high-demand periods.
3. Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over $45 within the USA.

For orders under $45, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 1–3 days for the tracking information to update in the system.
5. Multiple Packages
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

USF Innovision is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may be required.
